Multilink S.A. appoints Mr. Jephté Toussaint as Director of Infrastructures

(Port-au-Prince, July 20, 2010) – M. Paolo Chilosi, CEO of Multilink S.A., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jephté Toussaint as Director of Infrastructures.

In his new position, Mr. Toussaint will work at maximizing the performance and operation of the company’s infrastructures. He will also monitor the deployment of the Multilink’s new WiMax network and its further extension to major towns in Haiti.

Mr. Toussaint’s professional qualifications include a degree in Engineering and Computer Science and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montreal. He has a vast knowledge of IT, including networking and communications, and many years of relevant experience. His presence as part of the Multilink team represents a great asset for the company.

In recent years, Mr. Toussaint worked as an IT business analyst and project officer for the Canadian Forces. Among other tasks, he had to assess the feasibility of projects in terms of costs, needs, impacts and strategic alignment as part of the implementation of new networks and telecommunications systems. Mr. Toussaint was also the CEO of BSYSTEM INC.

His appointment as Director of Infrastructures comes at an important moment for Multilink, as the company is developing its expansion plan. According to this plan, Multilink will extend its network nationwide and provide innovative Internet services that will be accessible to the vast majority of Haitian families and businesses.

Multilink S.A. appoints Mr. Michel Pelletier as Director of operations

Port-au-Prince, April 21, 2010 – Mr. Paolo Chilosi, CEO of Multilink S.A., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michel Pelletier as Director of Operations.

As part of his new position, Mr. Pelletier will work at optimizing the company’s overall operations in order to ensure the successful development of its expansion plan. This expansion plan includes a nationwide extension of the network and the provision of innovative Internet services that will be accessible to the vast majority of Haitian families and businesses.

Mr. Pelletier holds a degree in engineering from the University of Quebec. He brings to Multilink a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked for 25 years as an operations manager in Haiti.

Over the last few years, Mr. Pelletier has managed operations for Industries Acra,Brasserie de la Couronne, and Entreprises Claude Duval. He is also the co-founder and first vice-president of the Haiti-Canada Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
